This course is designed to give you "basic education" about the SC Gun Laws - it is not a gun safety course.
Since you have been accepted into a diversion program and allowed to take an online course, it suggests that you have not been deemed "an immenate threat to society" -- so that being the case, you will be provided with information about the SC Gun Laws, and then tested on your knowledge.
As a responsible gun owner, you really should do your due dilegence and make sure you know when, where and how you can carry/transport an otherwise legal firearm.
This course ONLY deals with the laws of South Carolina -- but the principle of "Educating Yourself" is applicable to every situation.
