File Update Request

Use this handy form to let us know if anything in your file needs to be updated.  

Here are some examples of the most frequent update requests we see:

   • A new/different contact phone number for you
   • The course was purchased by someone else and you need to let us know the payment was actually for you
   • A new or corrected email address
   • or anything else you want us to update in your file

The infomation will be automatically forwarded to me and my team, and it's pretty much a done deal from there.
